Eating the fruit provides not only fiber but other nutrients not found in the fruit juice. The sugar added to fruit juice is very high. Also it takes 20 apples to squeeze 4 ounces of juice. Yet when you drink 4 ounces you're getting all the calories without the fiber your body needs.

You will not feel full by drinking 4 ounces of juice even though it is the equivalent of 20 applies.

But when you eat one or two apples your stomach feels full and you don't eat so much. If you don't eat so much, you don't gain weight so much so it's the domino effect.

If you want to loose weight, you want to cut your calories. You can't cut calories with fruit juice you do the opposite. You INCREASE the number of calories you're taking in. http://www.esmokeking.de/eliquid
